Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid VenueWiki memberships purchased through our website.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the “Manage subscription” button on the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

2. Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund by emailing legal@venuewiki.net. After 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period.

3. Free Year

If you subscribed to a paid plan during your free year, no charges are applied until the free year ends. You may cancel before the free year ends to avoid any charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email legal@venuewiki.net with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) accounts terminated due to breach of our Terms of Service; (b) requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the above timeframes.
