These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VenueWiki, operated by Evolved Yeti Pty Ltd (ABN 27 671 354 789).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VenueWiki, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to VenueWiki (venue information, suggestions, photos). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the VenueWiki platform. Content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe third-party rights.

4. Membership & Billing

VenueWiki offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed via Stripe on an annual or monthly basis as indicated at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Your first year of access is provided free of charge from the date you sign up or our launch date, whichever is later.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems; (c) submit false or misleading venue information; (d) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The VenueWiki name, logo, and platform are owned by Evolved Yeti Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

VenueWiki is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time through the membership management page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
